Thank you to ask me a feedback from the catering, I should take this initiative myself because I was really happy with it.
The canapés were really good and the presentation really nice so thank you so much for the care and the heart that the catering staff put to do this very good catering.
The little sandwiches were really nice also.

On behalf of myself and Mr ****** *** I just wanted to drop you a brief message of thanks for the handling that was provided to our flight yesterday and the day before.
Everything was done efficiently and without fuss. Crew and passengers particularly appreciated the food and beverages provided in the guest lounge. The waiting lounge and GA terminal experience demonstrated the welcoming spirit of Rome and its people. As a crew member I myself appreciated the apron tug operator who was very helpful and knowledgable. This was my best handling experience ever and I hope to return to Rome sometime in the future.

Dear Skyservice Ops Team,  
I wanted to take a moment to thank everyone at Skyservices for the excellent service and professionalism related to  short notice arrangements for xxxxxxxxx (Acft: NxxxxR/G4) back on 18 Sep.
When I called and explained to Michela that the crew was having a bad day related to parking she took control along with Stefano and started working quickly to make arrangements for a drop and go in VCE and Parking at TRS.  Within a few short hours everything came together like clockwork.   After the captain arrived in Trieste he praised all the Skyservices staff who assisted him while in Italy. His comment was “Things went flawless in Venice and the Skyservices staff were amazing.” He went on to mention the gentleman at Trieste that assisted him  upon arrival was very helpful and kind.
Thank you again  for turning a bad situation into a positive experience.
