Dear Sirs,

I just wanted to follow-up on our recent visit to your facility. We were delighted with the improvement in the service we received and the departure could not have been handled any better.
We would like to give specific thanks to Gabriela who was both extremely helpful and professional, she took time to explain what would happen especially considering the difficulties of the IVA process and managed the reception of the passengers and their processing to the plane exceptionally.
She was extremely courteous and careful with the passengers who were very grateful that things went so smoothly with her personal assistance at each step of the process.
Please accept my personal thanks as it was vital that things went smoothly and that all staff members were on their "A-game".  We appreciated every team members contribution, lets see if we can sustain this moving forward.
