In sep. of last year, i passed through brindisi on my way from switzerland to greece in a small airplane, a diamond da40.
Your staff was kind and helpful in both directions. on the return leg, a gentleman named stefano was particularly well-organized, working efficiently to guarantee a very fast fuelling turnaround. This included accompanying me to a restaurant and helping me obtain quick service, then escorting me back to the aircraft. Stefano was to me a model case of exactly how a private pilot wishes to be treated.
I shall return to your company when i next fly through your area.
