Dear Sky Services Operations, We operate a Boeing 737-700 BBJ. Recently on October 2nd, we had short notice operation into Trieste from Istanbul then on to Lulea in Sweden the next day. I would like to pass our compliments on to the team at Sky Services that assisted our arrangements in Trieste. Ms. Patrizia Bello and her colleague Stefano provided very attentive service to our aircraft and worked hard to achieve excellent results for us within a tight timeframe. Despite notice for catering outside the usual 24 hours Patrizia and her team were able to ensure a fabulous quality of food for our passengers. Our guests loved it and so did we – especially the Swordfish! Our flight attendant Prathistha has commented that it has been awhile since we have received such good food from flight caterers, especially given the short notice period. I would also like to extend our thanks to Mr Paolo, the Sky Services representative at Trieste in his friendly and professional service given to our ground handling arrangements in Trieste.
