I spoke to Mrs XXXXX throughout the evening on multiple calls and she said that the Sky Services representatives had been great and they waited in the VIP lounge. Mrs XXXX also accepted that there is no WIFI and both Mr and Mrs XXXXX seemed in good spirits despite the AOG on the calls. XXXXXX aviation has been updated with their preferences.
