LIPH Airport opens at 06.00lt and closes at 24.00lt, but ‘ATS COMMUNICATION FACILITIES’ (Tower Frequencies 118.700MHZ and 122.100MHZ COLUMN 4) are available from 07.00lt to 23.00lt, this means that landing and take-off are forbidden before 07.00lt and after 23.00lt.
