I wanted to drop you a quick note to say thank you for your support and assistance yesterday as we ferried our 2 new helicopters from Malpensa back to the UK. For us, it was quite a convoluted process, and your staff really assisted in making it much smoother than we expected. Can I particularly thank Sylvia B. who was outstanding – what great service – and both crews really appreciated the effort that went in to making the whole process very straightforward. After a long day, it was nice to get to home base!

I spoke to Mrs XXXXX throughout the evening on multiple calls and she said that the Sky Services representatives had been great and they waited in the VIP lounge. Mrs XXXX also accepted that there is no WIFI and both Mr and Mrs XXXXX seemed in good spirits despite the AOG on the calls. XXXXXX aviation has been updated with their preferences.
