I wanted to personally thank you, and the entire SkyServices Team for your support and assistance, not only for the years we have worked together but specifically for our recent rotations through VCE on 26 June and BRI on 23 July. As you know, our VCE trip in June was for a very a high-profile event.
The flight required a lot of co-ordination from all sides, not least because we were arriving in VCE on a long-haul sector from the US, but our Airbus A320 ACJ can sometimes be tough to manage, particularly when we need overnight parking. As always, we had excellent communications from the SkyServices Team. We were kept well appraised of the airport/ramp/parking availability and although we arrived in VCE a little later than scheduled due to late boarding passengers, everything went smoothly. The flight crew were happy, the OCC were happy, and more importantly the passengers were happy.
BRI in July was slightly different. Due to parking restriction in DBV, we had to overnight in BRI before positioning to DBV to collect passengers for their onward journey to the US.
Again, due to late running previous sectors, we arrived in BRI a little later than scheduled for overnight parking but again, we had excellent communications from the SkyServices Team, and we arrived and departed without any issues.
Arguably, you could just say that you were providing a service but from our side, we ALWAYS receive an excellent service from SkyServices and for that, we are grateful.
You will remain our partner of choice in Italy.
